Email: sunfieldshops@gmail.com
§ 2 Conclusion of the contract
The presentation of the products is not a binding offer. On the order summary you check the product, price and delivery method, and you can correct your details at any time by changing the fields or returning to the product page. By clicking one of the two payment buttons (“Order with obligation to pay – PayPal” or “Order with obligation to pay – card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, SEPA & more”) you submit a binding offer. The contract is concluded when we confirm the order by email or send the download link. The contract language is German; this English version is provided for information. We do not store the contract text in a publicly accessible way; you receive the order details, these terms and the cancellation policy with the order confirmation by email.
§ 3 Prices and payment
All prices are final prices. VAT exempt under § 19 German VAT Act (UStG) – no VAT is charged. There are no shipping costs. Payment is made either via PayPal (depending on what PayPal offers, also by direct debit or card) or via the payment service Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., Dublin) using the payment methods offered there, e.g. card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna or SEPA Direct Debit. If you pay via Stripe, you enter your payment details only on Stripe’s payment page. Payment is due when the contract is concluded.
§ 4 Delivery
The templates are provided as a ZIP file for download. We send the download link to the email address you provided no later than the next working day after your payment arrives. The link is valid for at least 30 days; we will resend it on request.
We deliver to customers in the member states of the European Union, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Switzerland, the United States and Canada. To the United Kingdom we deliver only to businesses, not to consumers.
§ 5 Right of use
You receive a simple, non-transferable right, unlimited in time, to use the templates for your own business or your own purposes, to change them and to create your own documents from them. Passing on or reselling the templates, or including them in your own template or software products, is not permitted. Details are set out in the enclosed file LIZENZ.txt.
§ 6 Right of withdrawal
Consumers have a right of withdrawal as set out in the cancellation policy. For digital content it expires under the conditions stated there. You can also declare your withdrawal online using “Cancel your contract”.
§ 7 Statutory warranty
The statutory provisions apply; for consumers in particular §§ 327 et seq. BGB on digital products. The templates are working aids as of November 2026; they are no substitute for tax or legal advice.
§ 8 Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body and health, and under the German Product Liability Act. For slightly negligent breaches of essential contractual obligations, liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract. Otherwise, liability for slight negligence is excluded.
§ 9 Final provisions
German law applies. For consumers, this choice of law applies only insofar as it does not deprive them of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which they have their habitual residence.
Consumer dispute resolution
We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (§ 36 VSBG, German Consumer Dispute Resolution Act). The European Commission’s former online dispute resolution platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025.
